This service is provided for your convenience to report certain types of non-emergency crimes or incidents, as described below. Please read all instructions before completing the form. If the crime you wish to report is not listed below, or if you have any questions, please contact the Hurst Police Department Communications Center at (817) 788-7180.

Please fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible. Be sure to include all detailed information, such as serial number and value for lost or stolen property. Also, include any partial information that you may have available, such as partial license plate number or suspect description, if applicable. If you need to report more than one type of crime or multiple crimes, please send a separate on-line form for each event.

After the report is submitted, police personnel will assign your report a case number, which will be provided to you by email or via the U.S. Postal Service, if an email address is not available. The case number will normally be sent to you within 48 hours of the time your report is submitted.
