Vacation House CheckAs a service to the citizens of the City of Hurst, the Hurst Police
Department offers free vacation house checks. The Hurst Police Department
will periodically check the exterior of your home while you are
away. This service helps to deter potential burglars and provides
for additional security while your house is unoccupied. This service is not recommended for citizens that have friends or family that will be at the residence regularly for such things yard work, caring for animals or using the amenities at the residence. If you are interested and will be on vacation for at least one week, but not more than two weeks, there are two ways you can sign-up for this service.
