Street Conditions

To report problems with road conditions, including potholes or other impairments to road conditions, please contact the Street Department Road Division at (817) 788-7202. For emergencies contact Public Works Dispatch at (817) 788-7212.

Street Lights

All street light outage issues will be forwarded to Oncor for repair.
Street light outages can also be reported directly to Oncore by:

• Online at the Oncor web site

Street Light Requests

To request a street light, please read Street Light Policy. Then complete the Street Light Request form.

Submit completed forms to Public Works Engineering at City Hall, 1505 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, TX 76054.
