3. Consider Ordinance No. 2059, on second reading, amending Chapter 3.5 of the Hurst Code of Ordinances by amending Sections 3.5.-1, 3.5-4, and 3.5-8 by deleting the requirement for non-emergency transport permit

4. Consider Ordinance No. 2061, on second reading, adopting SP-08-05 CU, Blue Moose, a site plan for a conditional use permit on Lot 3, Block A of Leonard Paul Subdivision, being 1.192 acres located at 1313 Karla Drive

5. Consider Ordinance No. 2062, on second reading, adopting SP-08-07, Shops at NE Mall Bank of America ATM, a site plan revision for Lot 1R1, Block 1R Hurst Plaza Addition, being 14.52 acres located at 801 Northeast Mall Boulevard

6. Consider Resolution No. 1454 supporting a Municipal Setting Designation application to TCEQ for property at 2821 Central Drive, Bedford, Texas

7. Consider authorizing the City Manager to renew the agreement with Vortex Construction G.P., Inc for citywide facility maintenance, renovations, additions, and miscellaneous construction tasks

8. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for tennis court resurfacing services with an option for four (4) additional twelve (12) month renewals

9. Consider authorizing the City Manager to approve funding for the Allied Waste emergency cleanup costs after the April 10, 2008 storms

10. Consider approval of agreement with Tarrant County for tax collection services for Tax year 2008

11. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into an amended contract with Teague Nall and Perkins for Hayes Lane Drainage, Water, and Sewer Improvements
