The goal of the Planning and Zoning staff is to promote the efficient and orderly development of private properties and businesses. Staff prepares Planning and Zoning Commission agendas, reviews subdivision plats, zoning cases, and site plans.
Assistance is available from staff on the conceptual phases of planning a project, with community involvement processes, with detailed feedback and formal reviews, and with the scheduling and processing of cases before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
