| Development : Planning and Zoning : |
The goal of the Planning and Zoning staff is to promote the efficient
and orderly development of private properties and businesses. Staff
prepares Planning and Zoning Commission agendas, reviews subdivision
plats, zoning cases, and site plans.
Assistance is available from staff on the conceptual phases of
planning a project, with community involvement processes, with detailed
feedback and formal reviews, and with the scheduling and processing
of cases before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.
