Hurst Community Park

Hurst Community Park TrailHurst Community Park is located at 601 Precinct Line Road. The park was originally known as Wells Park and consisted of around 10 acres of park land.The City aquired an additionl 34 acres and combined with the original park land, developed Hurst Community Park in 1994. Hurst Community Park provides visitors many opportunities for outdoor fun. Hurst Community Park is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Hurst Community Park has 1 pavilion available for rental to the public. This pavilion holds approximately 35-40 people and comesHurst Community Park Pavilion equipped with 3 picnic tables. All pavilions are under the jurisdiction of the Hurst Parks and Recreation Department and may be reserved on a space available basis by individuals, organizations, and churches for a fee of $35.00 per pavilion. All reservations must be made in person at the Recreation Department office during regular business hours (Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m and Tuesday/Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) For further information on renting a pavilion, please visit our Facility Rentals page.
