Bellaire Park
Bellaire Park is located in Southeast Hurst at 500 Pecan Drive.
Established in 1962, Bellaire Park sits on 6.4 acres. In 1993, the
City acquired an additional 5.2 acres of park land and established
Bellaire Park North. Bellaire Park North was renamed to honor Ms. Vivagene Copeland, a former City Council member. Ms. Copeland served on the Hurst City Council for 10 years, from 1991 to 2001, until she retired.
Bellaire Park and Vivagene Copeland Park offer
space for organized sports, playground areas, a jogging/walking
trail system, and a pavilion available for rent. Both Bellaire Park
and Vivagene Copeland Park are open daily from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
